SHIPPING POLICY
We only ship throughout the United Kingdom.

We pack and dispatch all orders very quickly!
Royal Mail orders are dispatched the same day when placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the next working day.

Our warehouse is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays - therefore we are unable to dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays. We dispatch items on working days only.

United Kingdom
We use Royal Mail tracked 24 and Tracked 48 with a signature for all our parcels. These are not guaranteed next day or time definite services. Royal Mail tracked 24 and Tracked 48 may take unto 10 days to arrive. If your item still hasn’t arrived and 10 working days have elapsed since the day of dispatch, please contact us so we can assist you further.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
For health and safety reasons we are unable to refund products and we do not offer exchanges. Please see our refund policy below for more information. ​

Returns policy
Due to hygiene reasons and the requirement to keep goods safe, unopened and protected from contamination we are unable to accept returns, unless the product is defective. All of our ribbon lashes and pre cut segment lashes are handmade therefore there maybe subtle differences, this is not a fault.
Please inspect your order upon reception and report any discrepancies immediately such as faulty items, damaged goods or receiving the wrong order. We can only refund such products within 7 days.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OUTSIDE OF THE 7 DAY PERIOD.
We cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in the post.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on products unless faulty.
